To borrow a phrase from one of my favorite teachers, Brendon Burchard, is your small business making you small minded? What’s your small business mindset? When I work with my clients and many of them are small business owners, I like to ask what this title means and for many of them, the very title “small business owner” seems to create a response that is not necessarily the response they want. We’ve used these categories of small, medium and large businesses to help us understand the company yet maybe in today’s world the way we look at business is no longer valid?
