if you haven’t got 9 minutes to watch this episode (I get it, you have tiny time!)
I love email marketing, it works very well for me in my business.
And I want to encourage you to embrace it too!
After all, all social media could disappear tomorrow but you would still have your email list. Here are 4 reasons why an email newsletter can be a great client attraction strategy:
1) A regular email newsletter helps you to build the know, like and trust factor with your community. You’re showing up, you’re sharing useful information and it helps people to get to know you. I regularly hear from new clients that they have been on my list for a while and they feel like they know me. It reduces friction when it comes to the buying process.
2) Sending a regular email newsletter demonstrates that you are to be trusted. You won’t be a fly-by-night. You will show up, you do show up and your clients and customers can trust you. Never underestimate the power of this.
3) You’re providing value to them. You’re improving their day. You’re entertaining, inspiring, educating – you’re giving them value and they appreciate it. Even if they’re not ready to buy yet! You’re not just turning up in their inbox when you have something to sell. I hate that!
4) When you have tiny time, it can be very hard to make time to do everything you think you’re supposed to be doing – like daily Facebook lives, or regular 5-day challenges or straddling all the social media platforms. It can be and feel exhausting!
In comparison to this, an email newsletter is a smaller time commitment. And you can achieve the above 3 things with a weekly commitment of 30-60 minutes. Win!
Lovely, I hope today’s episode has inspired you to start a weekly email newsletter or if you have one going but you’re pretty haphazard, it’s inspired you to give it a kick-start!
